Website Terms & Conditions Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
In providing services clients can trust and to create a space of mutual safety or respect. I recognise the importance of transparency and understanding the limitations of my services in managing expectations on both sides.
My website provides professional coaching and mentoring services, digital resources, and training frameworks. By browsing this website, purchasing a programme, or using my materials, you are entering a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of England and Wales. This agreement protects and serves both of us.
Financial Terms, Cancellations & Pro-Rata Refunds
All digital transactions, course enrolments, and discovery call bookings completed through this website are bound by our ethical billing structure:
The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Purchases for coaching packages are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the transaction, provided no physical coaching sessions have commenced and no proprietary toolkits have been downloaded.
The Pro-Rata Formula for Early Termination: If either party exercises their right to dissolve a coaching engagement early, a proportional (pro-rata) refund will be calculated and returned for any unused sessions, minus a standard 10% administration fee to cover card processing and merchant exit fees. Completed sessions and accessed materials are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Boundary: Active clients must provide at least 48 hours' written notice to change a session time. Sessions cancelled or missed inside this 48 hour window will not be refunded and charged at the full cost of the session.
Ethical Framework & Scope of Service
My services are delivered in strict compliance with the core principles of the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches and Mentors and the industry's highest standards of professional conduct. I have intentionally model my client interactions, transparency, and professional boundaries on these international benchmarks to ensure public trust and client safety.
Professional Boundaries: Coaching and mentoring are development tools. They do not constitute, substitute, or replace formal psychiatric or physical medical care, psychological therapy, legal advice, or regulated financial planning.
Right of Refusal: In alignment with international industry best practices and my fundamental duty of care, I reserve the right to decline or terminate a service agreement if a client’s needs fall outside our professional scope of competence or require clinical therapeutic intervention.
Integrity in Marketing & Realistic Expectations
I reject manipulative unethical marketing. All information published on this website is designed to respect your psychological safety and financial autonomy:
No False Scarcity or Guarantees: I do not use artificial countdown timers or promise fixed financial returns or career outcomes. Any success stories published on this site are contextual and rely entirely on individual implementation and variable external market conditions.
Accuracy of Information: While I endeavour to keep all digital tools and blog insights accurate, website content is provided for educational and general informational purposes only.
Data Protection Policy
Your privacy is very important to me, and you can be confident that your personal information will be kept safe and secure and will only be used for the purpose it was given to me. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Data Security: Personal contact information and transaction logs captured by this website are encrypted and securely stored. They will never be sold or used without your explicit consent. On the end of a working coaching service, records are held for 7 years in keeping with insurance and then deleted.
The Confidentiality Boundary: Client communications remain strictly private. However, by using my services, you acknowledge that I am ethically bound to bypass confidentiality if required to do so by a court of law or if there is an imminent, severe risk of harm to yourself or others.
