I‘m a Neurodivergent & disabled Business Coach, Mentor, Leader and Business owner. I successfully built and run my business, while managing a hidden disability / chronic illness and navigating being a neurodivergent.

It has taken some time but I have created a business around my health, my energy levels and my brain, using a better personalised design and bespoke systems for me. Good news, is you can too, with my Business Coaching and Mentoring service, you don’t have to do it alone!

I support professional to avoid burnout. No productivity hacks but rather bespoke lasting sustainable strategies designed for you by exploring what truly works for you. My clients have moved from:

  • Sick of promising things you think you can deliver with the best intentions but end up letting people down despite over delivering and still falling short? Working outside your hours to meet looming deadlines, impacting on personal relationships, your social life and your health? Spiralling into a shame loop from letting people down (both in professional and home life), missed deadlines, not earning what you should with projects taking longer than quoted for? Don’t feel like your working processes and systems are aligned with your energy levels and natural flow? Don’t feel like you are showing up at your best (which changes everyday) in all areas of your life and want to change that today? Lacking clear boundaries and left feeling uncomfortable after agreeing to tasks you don’t want to do or find yourself over explaining? Procrastination shows up when you are unclear of what you need to do, not sure how to start or to recognise when you have finished a task due to a crippling level of perfectionism?

Today give yourself permission to image a world where you understand and meet your needs, you have an aligned way of working that works to your strengths and strategies that account for your weaknesses, you are prepared to overcome the barriers that come up. You

I know first hand, how inaccessible and toxic working structures are internalised. Do you recognise any of these labels?

  • Lazy - I have to overcompensate to prove my ability or capability so I am seen as an equal

  • Can’t say no - blurred boundaries or just don’t have any - people pleasing to the max

  • Terrible with deadlines and time keeping - misjudge how long things take and experience a shame spiral when you let people down

  • Unreliable - Over promise and underdeliver

  • Have brilliant ideas but inconsistent execution

  • Paralysed with procrastination if you don’t understand what is being asked of you or instructions or outcomes aren’t clear

  • Imposter syndrome - can’t ask for help as I will show other’s I’m not good enough

  • Look like you coping but quietly you know this isn’t sustainable and it is affecting you health and wellbeing, with burn out as your next stop (fast approaching)!

  • Let loved ones or clients down because - so stretched you don’t turn up at your best in any areas of your life. No work - live balance. Never really switching off completely or fully present

  • No focus - overwhelmed by a never ending to do lists, unable to give focus to one task and easily distracted

“My work is grounded in lived experience, in strategic business thinking and by supporting you to understand your unique ways of working.

Letting go of the old narratives, embracing your strengths and designing systems that support you to turn up at your best in all areas of your life.”
