Could this be you?

You’re capable. Thoughtful. Deeply committed to what you do.

But…

  • You’re also very busy all the time but yet not moving forward in the way you want to

  • Your focus comes and goes and you don’t know why

  • You overthink decisions or avoid them altogether

  • You start so strong… then lose momentum

  • You wonder, if you are the problem?

I have good news - it’s not you!

  • You are not the problem or broken.

  • You don’t have a discipline or focus problem.

  • You’ve been trying to fit into ways of working that aren’t compatible with your energy levels or the way your brain is wired.

  • How it plays out in real life

Swipe → to find out the key assumptions most businesses make, with real examples of how we might adapt to cope, and what the negative long term effects

  • Expecting constant energy flow

    Ways of coping:

    - You work harder,

    - You try work faster,

    - You put pressure on ourselves to be more efficient

    - Use a ‘push through at any cost’ mentality

The true cost: It is not a sustainable way of working, which can result in Burnout or negative effects on our health and wellbeing

  • Ridged linear thinking, structures, processes or systems

can reflect the leadership or management style and unknowingly create a working environment that lacks an approachable pathway for open and honest conversations about the real barriers and issue around access and inclusion many face.

I have witnessed, a blaming and shaming culture, when staff that raise issues have it turned back on and is seen as a direct reflection on their work efforts, rather than recognising the root of the issue and addressing it together.

  • Way of coping: You silently struggle, working beyond your paid hours to work around inaccessible systems, whilst navigating;

    - Imposter syndrome

    - Procrastination

    - Missed deadlines

    - Prolonged sick leave

    - High levels of stress and anxiety

    - Feeling totally alone in your struggle

    - Burnout

    Employers experience;

    - High staff turn over, lost of valuable skilled workers, as well as high cost around recruitment and training

  • One "right" way to succeed

When you are surrounded by this idea that there is only one right way to succeed, coupled with old narratives or limiting beliefs, your brain is searching for evidence to back it up. To make it true.

    What it looks like:

    - You may lack confidence, second guess yourself, don’t trust your judgement and need reassurance from others.

    - You might have been shut down for having creative ideas, thinking out side the box

    - This could be interpreted and turned inwards, making you feel you are not good enough.

    - Which can manifest into a level of people pleasing kicks in and before you know it you are over promising or agreeing to deadline that are unrealistic

    - It also can lead to blurring boundaries by working outside your agreed hours to prove you are good at what you do.

  • The real cost:

    - No work vs Life balance

    - High stress levels

    - Not getting paid what you should for the work delivered

    - Working long hours effects relationships and / or health

    - Not really turning up at your best in any areas of your life

-Letting people down and the shame cycle that follows.

    - Feeling like your best isn’t enough

    - Don’t feel a sense of satisfaction or joy on completion because the perfectionist part feels you under delivered and could have done better

  • Everything becomes five times harder than it needs to be.

These are just a few examples of what happens when your ways of working don’t match how you work.

Also, shows how understanding how you work best, you can put those subtle shifts in place that make a lasting positive change.

It might also give you the knowledge and confidence to voice your access needs to those around you.

You don’t have to do this alone any more!

Have you found your business flow? Or are you still using old working patterns that don’t serve you?

Whether you are an entrepreneur, founder, freelancer, start up owner and / or self employed, I see Neurodivergent and disabled professionals who have carried over these same rigid or toxic ways of working into their own business.

Then, wonder why they still feel the way they did in the job they left… why they struggling with procrastination, not to mention their focus and joy have left the building for a pro-longed coffee break with no end in sight.

I totally get it, because I did that very same thing…

The reason why I am so passionate about supporting others to make this shift too is because when I first started my business, I did just that. It took an episode of burnout and during my recovery I promised myself something needed to change, that I would shape my business around my health and reduce stress going forward. This journey led to the realisation of the importance of building sustainable ways of working, that set us up for success and avoid burnout where possible.

Since, I have found ways of working that benefit me, I now work to my strengths, with my natural energy flow, I ask for help where needed, and build in support to compensate for my areas of weakness. Working in partnership with other like minded professionals, I no longer feel the need to do it alone.

“I noticed my productivity massively improved, when I embraced my new found freedom to set my own way of working around my health.”

It was so liberating to let go of forcing myself to use outdated ways of working, that never really worked for me and I have broken the old cycle that always resulted in burnout. Has freed up energy and brain power to focus on my business and the things I enjoy most about me work.

The shift to align to ways of working, that was with my body and mind, has felt like the kindest thing I have done for myself, in a long time. Plus it is setting me up for sustainable success in business. Win, win!!!

What I help you do.

Together, we redesign your ways of working, to support you. Once you understand what drains you. We can move you from;

  • Scattered → to focused

  • Overwhelmed → to clarity

  • Forcing → to finding your flow

  • Self-doubt → to self-trust

We do this by:

  • Looking at what you would like to work towards through coaching and mentor

  • Reality check-in, breaking down the steps to move from where you currently are to where you want to be

  • Setting you up for success - identifying and reframing; barriers (internal and external), obstacles, resources, strengths, positive and limiting beliefs

  • Explore creative options - this is where coaching magic happens

  • Will and way forward -leaving each session with Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound (SMART) actions, that support momentum and forward motion towards the life you want

  • Real shifts my clients experience:

    - Replacing burnout patterns with sustainable ways of working

    - Turning constantly busy into meaningful progress

    - Moving from people-pleasing to boundaries leadership

    - Letting go of negative labels or old narratives and understanding what’s actually happening

    - Building confidence to make decisions and move forward

  • From Burnout to Sustainable Flow

    The Situation:

A neurodivergent entrepreneur had done something brave. They left a toxic work environment to build their own business.

But something didn’t feel right. The same exhaustion, pressure, stress and loss of joy followed them.

    The Realisation:

They hadn’t left the toxic patterns behind, they had unknowingly brought them with them.

    The Challenge:

    - Burnout continuing despite working for themselves

    - Overloaded systems and unrealistic expectations

    - Internalised beliefs like:

    “I’m lazy”

    “I can’t focus”

    - A business that didn’t align with their energy or needs

The Work We Did Together - We slowed things down and explored:

    - Their natural strengths and working patterns

    - The external barriers creating friction

    - The energy drains built into their business

    Then we began to redesign:

    - Business processes and structures

    - Ways of working that aligned with their energy levels

    - More supportive, flexible rhythms

Alongside this, we gently brought awareness to:

    - Limiting beliefs

    - Old labels they had carried for years

Not by forcing change but by helping them see what was actually true.

The Shift: As the external barriers were removed, there was less and less evidence for the old beliefs to hold onto.

    The Outcome:

    - A business that felt supportive, not draining

    - Improved focus without forcing or burnout

    - A renewed sense of energy and enjoyment

    - Greater self-compassion and trust

They stopped trying to fix themselves and started building a business that worked for them.

  • From Self-doubt to Self-confidence

I have supported clients who have had goals around wanting to return to work after having a break in their career either due to health issues, burn out or to raise their children. These client were ready to return to employment, but something was holding them back.

They all shared similar themes in their journey; Questioning the value they would bring to the role, lack of confidence to step into their professional identity, struggled to see their strengthens and recognise their transferrable skills gained through their lived experience and fears on not being “good enough”.

Imposter syndrome, doubts and procrastination were getting in the way of moving forward.

    The Work We Did Together

I held a safe non-judgemental space where we could gently explore; Their lived experience and what they had learnt about themselves during that time, the transferable skills they had gained, raising awareness to the negative narratives, self talk and limiting beliefs.

Through coaching, reflection and practical strategy. There was a shift in their perception, the more they recognised their strengths, the quieter the self-doubt became.

The renewed confidence in themselves and shift in their perception of themselves, the transferrable skills through their lived experience helped them step into their professional identity.

They didn’t just return to work,
they returned with a grounded sense of self, a readiness that had clarity, confidence and self worth because they recognised the value they bring to any role the do.

  • From Masking to Authentic Visibility

The Situation: They had built a successful business but it didn’t feel like them. They were showing up in ways they thought they “should”… not in ways that felt natural or sustainable.

    The Challenge:

    - Masking their personality and communication style

    - Feeling drained after visibility or marketing

    - Disconnection from their own voice

    - Fear of being fully seen

The Work We Did Together - We explored:

    - What authenticity looked like for them

    - Where they were adapting to fit expectations

    - What felt energising vs draining

    Then we:

    - Redesigned their visibility and communication approach

    The Outcome:

    - Increased confidence in showing up publicly

    They didn’t become louder,

    - Delayed progress

The Work We Did Together - We explored:

    - Where their self-doubt had developed

    - The pressure to make perfect decisions

    - Their natural intuitive strengths

    Then we:

    - Introduced simple decision-making frameworks

    - Strengthened trust in their instincts

    - Reduced the need for constant validation

The Shift: Decisions became lighter, faster and less emotionally draining.

    The Outcome:

    - Increased confidence in decision-making

    - Faster progress in their business

    - Reduced overthinking

    - Greater sense of control and direction

They stopped waiting for certainty and started trusting themselves.

  • From Inconsistent Motivation to Sustainable Momentum

    The Situation:

    - They described themselves as “inconsistent.”

    - Periods of intense productivity…
    followed by complete shutdown.

    The Challenge:

    - All-or-nothing working patterns

    - Guilt during low-energy periods

    - Difficulty maintaining momentum

    - Harsh self-judgement

The Work We Did Together - We explored:

    - Their natural energy rhythms

    - What was happening before shutdown periods

    - The pressure to maintain unrealistic consistency

    Then we:

    - Designed a cyclical way of working

    - Built flexibility into their business

    - Normalised rest and recovery

The Shift: What they thought was inconsistency
was actually a pattern they hadn’t been supported to work with.

    The Outcome:

    - More stable, predictable progress

    - Reduced guilt and self-criticism

    - Better energy management

    - A way of working that felt sustainable

Momentum no longer came at the cost of burnout.

  • From People-Pleasing to Boundaries Leadership

    The Situation:

A senior professional who was highly capable but exhausted. They were constantly available, always saying yes, and carrying more than their role required.

    The Challenge:

    - Difficulty setting boundaries

    - Overcommitting and under-resting

    - Fear of letting others down

    - Gradual burnout

The Work We Did Together - We explored:

    - The beliefs driving their need to over-deliver

    - The emotional cost of people-pleasing

    - What leadership looked like on their terms

    Then we:

    - Practised clear, respectful boundary-setting

    - Redefined their role and responsibilities

    - Built confidence in saying “no” without guilt

The Shift: Boundaries stopped feeling like conflict and started feeling like clarity.

    The Outcome:

    - Reduced workload without reduced impact

    - More energy and presence in their role

    - Stronger, more sustainable leadership

    - Increased respect from colleagues

They didn’t become less supportive, they became more effective.

  • From Constantly Busy to Clear Focus

    The Situation:

They were always working full days. Never ending long to-do lists. Constant effort but at the end of each week, it felt like nothing meaningful had moved forward.

    The Challenge:

    - Overwhelmed by a never-ending to-do list

    - Jumping between tasks without completing them

    - Difficulty prioritising

    - Feeling scattered and mentally drained

The Work We Did Together - We explored:

    - How their brain naturally processed tasks and information

    - Where their focus was being disrupted

    - The hidden pressure to “do everything at once”

    Then we:

    - Simplified their workload

    - Introduced focus-friendly ways of working

    - Created structure without rigidity

The Shift: Focus stopped being something they had to force and became something they could access.

    The Outcome:

    - Clear priorities each day

    - Increased follow-through on important work

    - Reduced overwhelm and mental clutter

    - A calmer, more intentional way of working

Busy no longer meant treading water.
Now, their work actually moved them forward.
